My beauty/bathroom items are my weakness. Not makeup but everything else. I have done so many purges but I still have too many items. Now I am going to purge my items again! 🙂 I love how you changed your bathroom.

Great video, I feel inspired! And uplifted, as you're probably the only YTer that was honest about such down-to-earth things as bottles of products getting filthy out of nowhere 😀 Personally I would recommend getting rectangular storage boxes, recently I moved my sewing kit from a round tin to a rectangular and was amazed at how much easier it is to compartmentalise it. Round boxes are good for decor and hats, and pretty much nothing else 🙂 All the best!

I'm still in the process of using up the last bits of products that I used to buy excessively. But slowly but surely it is coming to an end 🥳
I only allow myself to have one of each product now and only buy a new one when the previous one is about to run out.
I also have separate day and night toners but use a cerave lotion all over face and body. That is my version of minimalism I guess

Hey Carla👋🏾from Texas. Loving your content per usual. As a licensed beauty professional who worked retail for many years I'd suggest writing the date you purchased items in a discrete way on them because beauty products have a shelf life anywhere from 5 months to 24 months. This can be found in the bottom corner near the barcode or below the ingredients list. It will look like a little jar open with lid and a number and M within it. Example- 5M or 12M or 24M which are the usual suspects. Some ingredients lose their potency and can even cause skin reactions or buildup on the hair since the ratios aren't balanced for the intended purpose. ❤️Hope you find this helpful. 😁 Keep the declutter coming ❤️❤️❤️I'm here for it👀👀👀

Personally I think the bamboo shelf tower takes up more space then it’s worth, you aren’t storing that many things on it, mainly decor. I think you could easily get rid of it and open up your bathroom more.
I try really hard to only have exactly what I’m using. One lotion, one face wash, moisturizer, toner etc. It helps a lot to keep organized. I also have a really minimal makeup collection to save money.
I wish I would find money all over my house like you do whenever you declutter! 😂 This drives me nuts, why don’t you put your cash in your wallet?
i'm not ashamed of having a few dupes of stuff i use on a daily basis however, i have some products which needs to be used and won't be repurchased. that's why i made a table to 'force' myself to use them on a specific day of the week- so far i'm 1/2 done 😉
Im that way "out of sight out of mind" i forget i have something and buy extras when i already have three or more. I need to write an inventory list.

You have no idea how badly I need to do this!! I had a subscription to a monthly beauty box for way too long!! Although it was fun for a while, it has caused a holders nightmare of my own doing!!! I have no idea what I have and what it is for!! I gave some items to my niece and to some friends!!! Thank you for showing me how to decanter my mess!! Thank you for sharing!!❤❤❤
That is a great idea to make an inventory list….I think I am going to do that. I am a makeup and skin care junky, lol! I must have 30 moisturizers, ha ha! I agree on the face primer…I have tried many brands and I just don't like face primer. You did a great job, keep it up girl! XOXO
