Hi Crystal. Thank you for your videos. You always look so pretty. I use Kendra hairspray but it has a metal odor and makes my hair stink. Have you had that experience with it? I agree that mascara primer really enhances mascara. Like you, I always use it. I wonder what causes your thyroid pain. I hope you have a good endocrinologist. I had my thyroid removed because I had huge goiters on both lobes. Don’t be afraid to have thyroid surgery if it’s been recommended. My surgery was successful and glad I had it done.

I was so glad you talked about deodorant. I live in TX and have used Secret for years, but lately it has not been working. I am 56 and was thinking maybe it's a hormonals thing. I will definitely try your recommendation. Thanks for sharing.
Also, Mary Kay makes a nice Serum C that I use. I use it under my moisturizer.
I use a clear mascara under my regular mascara as a primer. It make a huge difference.

I take Monolauren too! I've heard good things about it. I can't tell if it's working (I'm a healthy person anyway), but it's not hurting anything either! ☺️

I love these types of videos – used up/empties – I don’t care what you call it! Lol I like the Donna Karan cashmere mist deodorant. It’s pricey but I live in S FL so I can’t play around with deodorant. I’m on my second deodorant and the first one last a little over 2 months so it’s not too bad.

Kenra 25….I’m with you!!! As for neck cream have you tried Drmatology brand? I’ve gone through 2 and it’s pretty good! Also no hippie but I’ve been using TrustedLab gummies day time with Vit C for anxiety and love it. They also sell droppers too. The gummies have 50mg of CBD no THC.

I started using the trusted lab CBD and melatonin to help sleep at night. I'm the same with anxiety. I'll have to try Biossance moisturize I currently use the clinique moisture surge but they discontinued mine.
I like Dove Clinical Strength Deodorant. I get it on Amazon. That L'Oreal lash primer is magic in a tube, love it. I find it works better than the Lancome primer for a quarter of the price. And yes, Repurchased or Favorites are much better choices than "Empties". 😉
I forgot to ask how many milligrams do u use. I’m needing this for sleep and anxiety. 😀

Hi, Crystal! You look great! Have you thought about a water softener? It's AMAZING what a difference it makes when you have hard water. The first thing I noticed was how much softer my hair was, but it makes a difference in more ways than just that. I finally convinced my sister to get a water softener after many years of suffering with hard water, and she couldn't believe the difference, either. She wished she had gotten one sooner. Anyway, perhaps you've already looked into it, but I thought I'd mention it just in case you hadn't. They are worth every penny!
You are right about deodorants being regional because when I lived in Chicago I thought I was above using deodorant because I always smelled fresh. Well I had a rude awakening when we moved to Florida! Dove user here. Your makeup looks beautiful Crystal. 😍

As for Deodorant, I have noticed that lately as well and am currently living in Florida. I’ve been using the Dove Aluminum Free which smells great but lately not holding up all day. Will have to check out others. 😊

I’ve been using men’s old spice. Wolfthorne and Oasis are two scents that I like. Houston heat puts them to the test but even on an outdoor exercise at 4:00 when it is 100° and 90% humidify they hold up for me!

I use the same sunscreen but the tinted version. LOVE it. I also recently started using the Colorescience Matte tint and love that as well!!
I used Marlove for a few weeks and I had to return it. It broke me out.
