  1. Please can you do a video about Calories when the aim is to build muscle. There isn't much information about this topic and yet it is so important. Do we eat in a defecit, surplus or maintenence when we as woman want to build muscle.

    Timber Wolf Keto Seeds Bread
    Pink/blue pack
    2.5 gram fat
    10g Carbs
    11g Fiber
    4 grams protein

    I love it, I eat it while cutting.
    I grill it with on stove with Pam butter spray 0g fat. I put peanut butter in it and Cool whip 2 tsp is low in sugar. I also put sugar free jelly that is high in fiber.

    I love food and flavors🤗💕😊

    I buy the bread from Sam's. You get two in a pack for about $8

    Try it with peanut butter/Cool whip
    And another is Cool whip and tangerine jelly (sugar free with fiber)

    Try this,

    Egg whites cooked
    Top it with with Salsa
    And scoops of roughly blended cottage cheese 😜😝. You still get cheese flavor, but low in fat
    High protein and filling

  6. My problem is sleep. I work 12.5 hour night shifts, 5:30 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. so once I get home and wash my face and brush my teeth its 6:30 or 6:45 before I get into bed and then to be able to get in a proper workout b4 work im up at 12:30 P.M. to be at the gym by 1:00. So I suffer in the sleep dept. 🥴 Also doesn't help that my morning relief is always late. 🙄 But I get it done!!

    you're right too much cardio can defo ruin gains, that's why majority of runners have a specific body type & girl please don't leave the shower on while you vlog 😂seeing the water waste was too stressful
