I grill it with on stove with Pam butter spray 0g fat. I put peanut butter in it and Cool whip 2 tsp is low in sugar. I also put sugar free jelly that is high in fiber.

My problem is sleep. I work 12.5 hour night shifts, 5:30 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. so once I get home and wash my face and brush my teeth its 6:30 or 6:45 before I get into bed and then to be able to get in a proper workout b4 work im up at 12:30 P.M. to be at the gym by 1:00. So I suffer in the sleep dept. 🥴 Also doesn't help that my morning relief is always late. 🙄 But I get it done!!
