Fibromyalgia is like having the pain of a migraine headeache through out every joint in your body, especially in shoulders, neck n lower back, been living with it for 30 years now
Very helpful. Is loud ringing in the ears a symptom? I have it as one of the many chronic pain conditions.
This is so helpful/educational. Thank you.
I’ll be checking out Pain Guide online .
My deepest thanks for this.
It was fascinating to listen to Dr. Clauw – I could have listened for an hour and a half more!
Opiods do nothing for me. They don't work at all. Just make me crazy and now I know why. TFS
First AS management video I have seen mention cannabinoids 🙌
I disagree on one point. Heat such as heating pads help me a lot. Many with fibro have neck pain, for instance. I am having a flare right now and heat is helping as much as Tylenol. He likely doesn’t know how heat can take away horrible menstrual cramps… I used to immerse myself in hot baths!! It would help when I couldn’t take codeine for instance, the medication made me very sick.
Possible cure of Ankylosing spondylitis/leaky gut?
Food triggers flares which means gut is responsible for AS.
If kidney, liver, heart can be transplanted then why not gut?
Still amazed with the immediate healing I received from Dr. Ebose on YouTube, now I'm free from herpes permanently and I say only God will reward you for all the good works you put out for people…
Thank you dr osuma on YouTube for showing me what it means to be confident and I'm happy I was able to get rid of lupus with your help and I would say much more about you.,
Thank you so much for this Dr Clauw. In the UK the GPs don't seem to give me any help for my fibromyalgia apart from medication. I'm hoping to try some of the other things you have suggested, but my problem is that last year I broke my leg in 4 places and had to have reconstructive surgery – which still hurts and has limited my mobility. Have you any suggestions for something that I can do with this limitation – I'm pretty disabled by this, and find that my mobility is very limited, as is my movement – my knee is still very painful over a year after the surgery and limits me so much and I have to use crutches to walk.. Can I have the address of the Pain Guide website you recommended? Many thanks for any help you can give.
