oh no-I can't believe they did it again. I feel like the people packing the boxes are doing it too fast and making mistakes or something. They should just give you credit. And that Patrick Ta blush is sooo pretty.
Something similar happened to me, two orders on a row that I placed on their shopper site got lost and they had to refund me, I was scared they would think I was lying 😰
Duuuuuude! Twice in 2 months?! What the heck Ipsy?! They and Boxycharm have given me such a hard time in the past when things came damaged. One was a shattered highlighter and the other was a punctured face mask that got serum all over some other items in the box.
They always seem to forget something of mine also!! So your not the only one. Last month they forgot my add-ons!!! So lets see next month which is right now!!
Oh darn… well they will ship another… not that it’s not irritating but they are good about it. They were with me anyway. I truly love ipsy plus! It’s my all time favorite. Have a better day! 😀

I feel your pain! They didn't send my Patrick Ta blush and I'm PISSED! Last month I ordered a shampoo and conditioner from the add on's that I never got either! Other than these mistakes I'm very pleased with them.

It’s crazy that you didn’t get all of your products again! I would be pissed too. I only get the regular bag and never have had any issues.(knock on wood). That eyeshadow palette is beautiful ❤️
