  4. I think this should be nationwide. I have no problem with not using it during work hours. Totally understandable. You are there to work not party. I live in a southern state where I am punished by the state government and by employers preventing me from getting a job because I choose cannabis over alcohol. This is hell.

  5. To be fair I think employees and employers know other hard drugs and synthetic urine options were easily used and more avoidable than marijuana use all together. I think a rational position on the matter is simple. Employees don’t want to lose their lively hood over a joint on vacation time, and employers don’t want insurance hikes and legal troubles around marijuana use in work place accidents or potentially unproductive behavior. As alcohol abuse can be easily seen smelt and heard a stoner isn’t exactly obvious but has been the root of firing people without better reason while employees that made mistakes get away with a unpaid suspension.
