looking forward to 9th St & Beyond PT2. thank you kate.
wow: Dorothea Tanning – amazing work. it looks so contemporary. I love the back stories. would love to have heard an explanation of her painting technique and mediums.
Beautiful paintings. Tanning somewhat brings to mind Edwin Dickinson in the way she merges the figure with the surroundings. Interesting history lesson too. Second show was a treat as well. A lot of very nice work. Hartigan always a stand out.
Someone can like it or not, anyway, these are two good, interesing, heavy weight shows. Thank you very much.
7:48 min reminds me of Lisa Yuskavage. Great shows! Thank you Kate
Two great shows to cover. I am glad that NYers are able to see Dorothea Tanning too, like I was able to see a little larger exhibit in Tate Modern 3, 4 years ago. Awesome! Many thanks and as always, thank you Kate
Great color and movement. Again thanks for showing James!
Thank you James and Kate, from Finland
