For the box jump overs, this was taken from the movement standards page "A lateral jump over the box (starting with the feet
parallel to the box) IS permitted" so at 10:22 when you say parallel, the picture shows a guy facing the box, so is that parallel or perpendicular? anyway, thanks for all the tips and good luck everyone!
