might i suggest to Erik, my type of chiropractor does not crack anything- ever. he only uses a hand tool that is hooked up to a screen that shows each vertebrae & how many pounds the hand tool pushes into your spine.
fuck idk how to explain it or how you would find a chiropractor that does this practice but it made me sad when you said you'll probably never go back to one bc that man saved my freaking life aka my sciatica.
& i need everyone to know there are other options- not all chiro's crack the pain away.😥

Where I live, there are emu farms EVERYWHERE and the emu oil is harvested/sold there, but I was told they only harvest it from emus who are old and dying of old age. They live out their days on the farm and then when they die, they make oil from them so they are able to contribute to society. If it is ethically sourced, I don't think it is a big deal. It's not like ivory hunters where they are hunting down perfectly healthy animals and harvesting things from them. Just do your research and by ethically. I've heard emu oil really does wonders!

Erik your pain sounds a lot like my grandmas she had excruciating pain and couldn’t move her back felt like it was on fire, we went to the ER 4 times and they couldn’t figure it out but eventually we discovered severe muscle back pain is a precursor to shingles. Just an idea
