I don't understand how it hasn't become federally legal yet. As in the days of Alcohol Prohibition, it's almost as if the people keeping it from becoming legal are those who benefit from it being illegal.
Damm congress better get there shit together and pass the More Act , and quite giving Americans the runaround on legalization !!!!
