I can relate! I temporarily closed my shop. I’m a natural skincare Formulator as well and I got so stressed. Not certain when I’ll reopen. I need to take care of myself.
Thank you for the transparency, because I’ve discovered this myself just with social media. So I’m taking the time for me and not being overwhelmed with “business”. The point of it all is to have freedom of finances and Time, that is the battle and balance.❤️

I 1,000 percent get it and I definitely think you need to take this break but when you do decide to reopen I think you need to hire, train and delegate because it sounds like you’re overworked, are doing everything alone and one person can’t do everything you do. You don’t own your business, your business owns you and you need to flip it around so that you can fall back in love with it. Any business coach will tell you this. Your content is amazing and I hope you continue to blossom into more amazing things to come.
