  1. California is a hot mess in general. Drug Cartels in Mexico are more than likely running and funding an operation that big. Shoot just taking a misdemeanor and $500 fine is nothing. Good job California law makers for all the mishaps that is running that state into the ground. But yet again people keep voting for the same people and laws that don't make any sense. Then they complain about it then move to another state and want to implement the say thing California is doing? How does that even makes sense? Not all but many do. SMH

  2. 'the growers can use toxic chemicals and pesticides and hijack water and destroy the environment'. But if you pay the government a tax you can do whatever tf you want, get outta here with that bs excuse.

  3. Catch N Release…….and slap a meaningless fine on them, then right back to business as usual. Oh and BTW, Newsom don't give 2 shits about the people trying to run their business legally, for him it's about looking good in the eyes of the people against the cannabis industry.

  4. Can anyone tell me how much 1/8 of marijuana is in California? I understand that it depends…..but just an average number. I wonder how it compares to the illegal market where I live (at least how much it was back in the day…..I'm not a user, but still interested in learning).

  5. I am 100% for legalized marijuana….but let me say this. Legalized marijuana will make it WAY easier for kids to get their hands on it. I live in a state where marijuana is illegal (I think all states bordering mine are as well….i live in the south) and the students at my school seem to have unlimited access to THC vapes. I haven't caught a student with actual marijuana on 3-5 years. I am in favor of consenting adults doing whatever, but we need to really put more into keeping it out of the hands of kids. IDK if it's because the THC vapes are so strong or if they are getting stuff that Bubba is making in his basement, but once a month we have to call an ambulance for a student who has used too much and is having a panic attack, vomiting, out of their mind (not in a good way), seizing or having issues with their heart. If adults want to use it….I am good to go. But we really need to think about how it effects kids. There is a small % of kids I know who use THC products and it doesn't effect their grades, behavior, or life in any telling way. But the majority of kids who are using it, really don't need the extra hassle of being put into a drug circle where harder drugs are available because these are the kids that, statistically, are the most vulnerable to fall into harder drugs. These are the kids from broken homes, who are abused, who are neglected, who are poor, who struggle to live their day to day life. Basically, what I am saying is, when we legalize marijuana (and marijuana products) we need to step up the outreach to kids and throw some of that extra tax money to help them out.

Humans thinking they can make NATURE illegal to begin with the height of arrogance for our species.

I recommend everyone break these dumbass laws (while being safe) as you cannot stop everyone.

Bravo to all these growers ❤🔥🖖🏽👌🏽 and 🖕🏽 to California and Governor Nuisance.

  7. The dude with the "sheepdog" patch cracks me up. Chew in his mouth, beer and mcdonalds in his belly, gets to tell everyone how to live. What a joke. Careful, you know what happens when sheepdogs get separated from the herd…

  8. The true criminals here is the government by sucking every single penny out of legit businesses and barely leaving money for owners re up on merchandise and pay hourly employees

  9. If we would just Federally legalize Cannabis…the criminals lose all power over it. Lets be honest here, weed is not a drug…and if you think it is….youre narrow minded and probably a raging alcoholic.
