Wow! Incredible transformation! And super inspiring! Regarding creatine, is this something you have looked into? Particularly with regards to the impact on kidneys, how much water should be taken throughout the day (in order to flush the excess) and other associated questions. I personally do not take any supplements. But just wondering if this is something you have studied in depth. Cheers and keep up the great work! And thank you for sharing.
29:01 – Hi Bryan! What kind of light source are you using here? It doesn't look like blue light or infrared ones.
Sometimes I wonder if the reason I don’t have the resources to do is a similar routinue is because I would be too laser focused and lose out on the experience of life. I am all about efficiency and my goal is to live to atleast 150 or until I get bored so I am pretty rigid in my routinue to enhance longevity but not to this extreme. Mind over matter will hopefully get me to where I want and should be.
Nice video. If you can see the green lights from the WHOOP strap you’re not wearing it tight enough. It’ll cause errors in data, moving up the forearm can help
It's crazy how this is not having spotlight compared to millions of videos about cats and other brainless shit. We have onsight evidence on how you have changed in few last years, I think everyone should be excited and this should get much more attention. One thing I have in mind – it would be awesome to have also simplified version of your Blueprint, so people won't see it as a billionare dream. From what I see your Blueprint bases are pretty simple to achieve and are based on routine and stuff we all know, but its full version can for sure make it think, like it's not for "casual people".

Bryan, this routine and your dedication to it is incredible. I have so many questions but I’ll start and stop at just one: what’s the specific name of the light therapy you undergo at the start of the video and what is it’s intended benefit?
Very interesting to see some of the stuff you do and what it's brought you so far. If more people would allocate the appropriate recources (mostly time and effort) to physical and mental health then this world would be a much better place.
Great movie! @19:43 "Peace and Joy" I think this video shows that blueprint isn't only science-based actions to be biologically younger, but a way of thinking and doing that brings peace and joy! It shows the most in the last part when you talk.
