I never thought it was James Chadwell. But the Keegan guy does look similar to the sketch of the younger guy, if they added more weight. I could definitely see him being good for this crime, but until they release more information, it's hard to say exactly.
The main thing I took from this was the whole snapchat thing about showing locations and that it had always seemed odd that the girls just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. When you consider that this was a place where it ordinarily would have been safe for your children to go out unaccompanied, yet on this occasion that wasn't the case.
It does lead me to believe that the killer/s weren't there by chance.

I really hope the Indiana Police can figure out the Delphi murders .. SO heartbreaking, especially it having been unsolved for so long. But even I want answers, and want justice for the families of the victims, that piece of cr*p should not have been living among us for this long, he needs to be behind bars! We all need answers! And I'm glad we are getting closer to finding answers, sucks it's within all this messy sh*t but… Kegan looks like he could resemble the guy in the photos of the man who may have killed the girls. But clearly, we need more than that to solve this mystery!

Sadly a lot of (especially emo and rock) musicians are predators. It’s so sick and sad, the amount of times I’ve been so disappointed because disgusting people have been outed as pedos. Joel faviare is someone I used to love I found his music in 2014 before he was in a band and he was just doing his own thing. I googled him because I suddenly remembered his music one day and was fucking disgusted and disturbed when I saw he was arrested for cp. I’m just so mad this shit continues happening.
