This was a great conversation. Jamie's comment about "perceived performance not always being grounded in reality" reminded me of a video we used to show in a treatment program: pilots were given MJ, then had to land a plane (flight simulator) close to a center line. They perceived themselves flying well, but performed poorly. I look forward to seeing more research in this area!
