  2. Hey Michael, I just wanted to know what your thoughts are on some supplements they're selling here in the UK. They're called Brain Gains, they have 2 variants, switch on & switch off. They also have a black edition. I'm looking to buy these based on what I've learned from your channel so far. All of the reviews seem really positive and due to anxiety and stress I'm pretty desperate for these to be the real deal. I've not tried any nootropics before so wanted to thank you for such a great, informative channel. If you get a chance let me know what you think. Cheers, Josh

  3. Hello michael. Can i take lecithin instead of phosphatidylserine? How much phosphatidylserine inside lecithin? I didnot find answer for this anywhere in net.

  4. I am happy to find your channel. You are amazing. But sometimes difficult to trust reviewer when he advertises a supplement company. I hope you give us a real and honest reviews❤️

  5. Please do video how to be sure 100% if the nootropic supplement work or not. As you know it is very difficult sometimes to know because of placebo effect emotions and thoughts that changes from day to day

  6. Hey could you break down how that study said vinoceptine had health risks? What exactly did it say? Read it and I'm not finding anything, even results. It says the study will see if it is but no results that conclude its risks.

  7. Have to disagree on Phenibut. If you have anxiety it's amazing, but you're right it can be addicting. It's very similar to benzos. I find it to work really well in social situations as it personally makes me much more talkative and relaxed.

  8. Gingko biloba worked for me, but only in tincture form. I notice more veiny arms, less cold toes, more alertness, makes me focus while driving and not zone out, pill form is not that effective

  9. Have you ever covered Irwin Natural products? They usually dump a lot of nutrients into one pill. One bottle I'm looking at has 11 herbs/supps all in one pill. Do you think that's dangerous? It would be cool if you reviewed their products and rated them.

  10. I loved ginko for when i was in stressfull times
I still take coq10 as much as i can
Really helps me to calm down

  11. Gingko was a absolute game changer.
On its own, maybe not but combined with a few others, it was like magic.
I use it always fasted, and i mean fasted (somewhere around 16- 36 hours)
When i wake uo 3-4 a.m i use it with a caffeine source of my choice, some acetyl carnitin and blood flow enhancing things like arginin, opc etc.
Im also in deep ketosis, could be that the gingko allows therefor the acetyl carnitin to provide my brain with sufficent fats and thats why i feel so darn good
But without gingko the effect is not there, its the combo wich makes me feel like superman
And now i added tyrosin to the mix and i think i can see trough walls now

  12. I recently heard on the huberman podcast that there are some studies that claim that curcumin influences the sperm quality what's your opinion on that?

  13. I definitely agree with black seed oil. I’ve been consistently taking it for years every single day and maybe it’s just good for health in general but no noticeable benefit

  14. Vinpocetine can be great to people who have experienced brain injuries or otherwise have problems with blood circulation in the brain. It also might be great for tinnitus combined with high quality gingko extracts(egb 761). It's also very cheap, so I encourage people to give it a try.

  15. I've noticed results more from some of the natural nootropics more than I have with the synthetics… But I've also noticed it varies from company to company- same ingredients, but night and day difference. Tria Alchemy is my fave. As for some of those mentioned in the video… you aren't going to normally FEEL anything. But they are doing so much on the cellular level and also with immune modulation as well as other benefits-like inflammation, etc. You mentioned Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps…and those are so much more important to take than any nootropic- should be taken on a regular basis. Resveratrol- such an incredible and beneficial ingredient that should be taken often. Some of the best ingredients aren't going to give some profound drug-like experience… but over time, especially will be more noticeable. That's how adaptogens work. I feel like a lot of people are going to get mislead by a few things mentioned in the video, which aren't exactly classified as nootropics. And those that are, definitely require more time to work their best…and is also REPAIRING a lot of the things that are CAUSING people to lose focus, energy, etc. It's critical to go to the root cause of our issues…especially when it comes to the mind/brain/endocrine system. Most of the synthetic nootropics out there actually WEAKEN our systems, because they are now tricking these systems/functions to not do their job (since it's being done w/ the smart drug). Over the counter melatonin is a great example of that, since our pineal gland produces it naturally… it then decreases production of the melatonin. (making it harder and harder to sleep). Natural nootropics are KEY. Def check out Tria Alchemy. Btw, most of the medicinal mushroom companies are not fully extracting, and in some cases destroying some important compounds. (because so many companies just copy one another's ingredients/marketing etc…with no real experience in plant/fungi chemistry. Many of the popular mushroom brands out there are sourcing from China and just putting their label on it.

  16. Ginkgo helped me a lot at some point, but you need to take a lot of it to see any effects. I got liquid extract from a Chinese company. Capsules did nothing for me.
