1. really interesting. thanks for this, but tip to interviewer…..let the interviewee speak. Don't interrupt them with what you think are justifications for their previous actions, when they in the middle of explaining why, what they did in the past was wrong and how they now see that those same simplistic justifications, which they obviously told themselves in the past a) are incorrect and b) stopped working for them when everything in their lives had gone to shit.
