So Jazz is scared that recreational cannabis threatens their pharmaceutical monopoly a bit of retelling of history there.
It would seem they are attempting to position themselves as the cannabis oracle the single lens though which governments view cannabis and in doing so weaving their own narrative into law, ultimately becoming both the arbiter and beneficiaries of UK cannabis policy.
What's jazz's longer term goal here are they aiming to delay the inevitable legalisation until such time they are in a position to envelop the recreational market under the guise of wellness and present a patented "safe" Sativex clone for the masses in the hope that this sufficiently splinters and pacify the cannabis movement.
