This is so cool to see! Do you do all your 100 trees with the hand rake thingy or was that just to demo the "by hand" processing option? What does the pulping machine do with the stones, does it spit them out somewhere or do they get ground up too? Do you think you could make the leftover pulp into a tapinade kinda thing or is it pretty tasteless or nasty?
because of the heating stage, would this still qualify as cold pressed or not?
