2. Never smoked before, want to get into smoking healthy herbs as I don’t want to be too addicted to the harmful substances. Also don’t want much weed/cannabis. So looking for some good herbs that won’t damage my lungs too much. As a first time smoker what issues will I have with smoking mullein In a joint, sounds like a great healthy option but you said it’s bad in joints, if really not great then I will use lavender or green tea
