I guess my consumption fits your description of microdosing, and it's been working really well for me.
I've had some "issues" with products that I'm using, though, that you might be able to address. I use cannabis only at night, as a pain reliever (terribly screwed up back) and sleep aid. I've found that any THC dose greater than about 9 or 10 mg causes anxiety that makes sleeping more difficult. I hit on a combination that worked well for me once I had a few nights to get accustomed to it. I was using 1/2 of a Hygge chew that started out at 10mg THC, 10mg CBD and 20mg CBG, as well as 0.25 ml of a Zion 1:5 tincture that delivered about 2.5mg THC, 12.5mg CBD, and smaller amounts of CBG and CBN. All good until I ran out of supplies and my tincture was out of stock, so I chose to substitute a JILU 1:4 tincture. Then, when my gummies ran out, I had to substitute a different formulation of Hygge chews in an attempt to recreate a similar dose to what I was accustomed to. It took a while to get used to those products. Today, I had to renew my supply again, and guess what? Neither the tincture nor the gummies I was used to were available. I got as close as I could to a total dosage matching my previous regimen (at least as far as THC and CBD are concerned), but I know I'll be spending the next several nights tinkering and adjusting to get the optimum combination for me, and I'll be losing sleep in the process.
I know a lot of the supply problem is a result of the infancy of the cannabis market in Utah. Is there any way you might suggest to help determine approximate equivalencies of products that might help me or others maintain more constant dosing, and do you see signs of the market stabilizing so I will be able to consistently find the products I'm used to?
It would be nice to have lower dose edibles, and tinctures available. I do like the tinctures the best because dose control is easier.
Can marijuana help me with depression? My friend took his life a few days ago. Since then I've been nauseous, not hungry, and so so so sad
👆👆Just look up that handle, he ship Swiftly, and he got shrooms, dmt, Ayahuasca,Lsd mmda, Psilocybin infused chocolate bar🍄🍄🍄
Where can you even get 1mg of anything in Utah? The lowest mg edible I've seen is 2.5 in a tablet. Someone needs to make 1mg in edible form
