  1. I had the worst hyperpigmentation on my face & back, my dermatologist recommended tretinoin. I use the .50% for my face and the .1% for my back. I started two years ago and the discoloration went away soo much! Also Kojic san soaps and tumeric masks/scrubs helped with my underarms 🥰

  2. For the hyperpigmentation/bumps I’ve been washing my body with PanOxyl on the problem spots then washing with neutrogena acne body wash, then my dermatologist prescribed me with Triamcinolone (put on problem areas) and then finish off with CervaVe moisturizing cream. Has been working wonders!!!

  3. Hey Alexis! I love watching your videos and I’m a huge fan but please, please, please, close the tap while lathering your face. Thank you. 😊

  4. The eucalyptus hanging in the shower loses the scent so quickly and I switched it up and put them in water on my vanity and the stems lasts for 6+ months if you change the water. When you get out of the shower the scent fills the bathroom 😊

  5. finally someone with advice on anxiousness before bed lol so jealous of all these routines where people just pass and peace out at the end

  6. For hyperpigmentation keep exfoliating regularly. Papaya and Cocoa butter soaps help and incorporate shea butter/ oil into your routine. It has a natural sunscreen and is thick enough to protect your skin when you want to encourage cell turnover.
