In school, the teachers are stand-in parents, the child should not have been stripped searched without a female teacher, a parent, or a social worker present.
Call me Cynical …. But, compensation for this victim should be based on that recently paid on behalf of Andrew Windsor. Then, to protect UK tax payers, the full costs – including legal expenses – should on a pro-rata basis, be deducted from the pensions of the public employees and superiors involved. Measurable financial consequences for individuals, seem to be the only thing will give such individuals and departments, a little pause for thought.
