It don’t make sense someone can drink alcohol all weekend then go drive a semi truck on Monday. But drivers can’t use delta 8 products at all because of the length of time it would stay in system. They need to be a test that distinguishes between the legal delta 8 vs delta 9. Or maybe a test to measure the amount in someone’s system to determine how long it was last used similar to alcohol breath test.
