White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Tuesday projected weakness amid the Russia-Ukraine war.

Jen Psaki also told reporters that Joe Biden will be traveling to Europe on March 24.
Biden will travel to Brussels for a NATO summit to “discuss the alliance’s ongoing defense efforts in response to Russia’s war in Ukraine.” CNBC reported.
“He will also join a scheduled European Council summit to discuss our shared concerns about Ukraine, including transatlantic efforts to impose economic costs on Russia and provide humanitarian support to those affected by the violence and address other challenges related to the conflict,” Psaki said.
