  1. Hi Kimberly, watching your journey has given me hope and enthusiasm to get my 60-year-old skin back in shape. In this video, you said that you don't have any joint or mobility issues. Do you attribute that to using CBD oil for many years or diet?

  2. In a older video you mentioned taking restore and that’s helped with inflammation. Do you still take it and if so which one. The links no longer work.

  3. I'm so impressed that you eat very healthily! You're setting a good example for me!! Can you explain the plasma bottle huggie thing?

  4. Congratulations on reaching 65 without the need for prescription drugs. I am assuming high cholesterol doesn't run in your family because although your refrigerator has a lot of healthy foods in it, coconut anything is a highly saturated fat as are the delicious avocados. Both items are a nightmare for someone with familial hypercholesterolemia.

  5. For minerals I use Italian Volcano organic lemon juice, grown on volcano in Italy. I avoid all sugars including honey, dairy and all gluten including oats. Sugars, fruits and gluten raises your insulin levels that contribute to belly fat and most importantly inflammation. Avocados and big salads are a staple in my diet too.

  6. I would also love to know more about micro greens and best sources for getting started with growing them. Best place to purchase seeds and soil you prefer? So interesting to me.

  7. Hi Kimberly. I LOVE your videos! I have a question. If I could buy only 1 device, would recommend the Nebulyft or the Myolift? I already own the Nuface, Omnilux and the Nira. Thank you for help. Keep those videos coming! Tina

  10. I would love to be able to eat better, but I don't like half the things you eat. I don't like anything spicy, any kind of fish or shell fish and I love pasta and Italian dishes. I have seen nutritionists who just hand me sheets of paper listing "things to eat" and "things not to eat". It's pretty simple to follow actually, the sheet with things not to eat is all the things I like and vice versa. I have bought countless recipe books and maybe one or two recipes appeal to me. Plus my husband eats no vegetables at all. It's so overwhelming and I don't even know where to start.

  11. I bought the Chaga mushroom tea and will now add it to my coffee machine to to brew with my coffee
    Thank you sooo much
Will give the cucumber soup and oatmeal recipe

  12. OMG! I love you, you are my inspiration, I'm 61 and feel like 81. I need to change my eating lifestyle beginning with a 7 day detox. All I want, is to feel better and energized. Thank you and bless you. 😋

  13. Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to add more quinoa to my diet: if I make a batch and keep it in the fridge, it's super easy to toss into salads and veggie dishes. Quinoa is a complete protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. It offers approximately 6 grams of protein per serving (1/2 cup). It's nutritionally important especially for vegans or for meatless meals instead of rice.

  14. Hi Kimberley…I too love fizzy water but just can't support Perrier and their way of doing business. There is a brand up here I like: Gerolsteiner which seems to have more respectable business practice. If anyone knows of another reputable brand, please share!

  15. Kimberly I am so impressed with how you eat, I was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic and weight 300 I was always slim when I was younger had 2 children and the weight keeps coming on. I would love more videos like this also, love your makeup ones. I am trying to change my diet but grew up on meat and potatoes. I don''t drink but I am a candy aholic.
