i agree with you 100% toqi is one of the best in the market. i order my battery about 7months ago and just recently my pen broke i reached them out for a replacement within 3 day i got my new device chiefing carts. NOTE: you cant get the new white version if u originally got the black one.

decent quality refillable carts (CCell, iKrusher) should have glass cylinders. if you don't get too crazy with the torch, it's easy to heat up the oil enough so it flows super easy

Great tips
One method that I have found that works amazing is putting your cart in a sock while making sure it is kept upright, put it under a hairdryer for anywhere from 2-4 minutes, again keeping the sock/carts upright, then spinning the sock with the carts in them for around a minute or two. This method has got me so much oil plus you can do it with plastic carts too, just make sure to turn the temp down if that is the case.

If you ever leave it in the side do not stand it strait up right after set it at different heights and let it slowly work it’s way down if you can, going strait up keeps way more up top for some reason also I like to rip with the little concentrate left on the top of the cart when you rip it so when it gets hot it goes back into the cotton
