It would surprise me greatly if she did it alone. A dead body is heavy as hell ( I have sent many a corpse to the morgue and there is a reason for the phrase “dead weight”). Where were they having sex— in the bathtub? What doing es that bedroom/ crime scene look like? Never mind what does it smell like?
If a juror is going to do something questionable, why do they then talk about it? I am always amazed by this. You want to make sure they are convicted, then turn around and talk – getting them a new trial and the opportunity to get out to walk the street. Yes, they should be fined.

They get paid around $2000 a month for each foster child but it can be $800-2600 depending on the children’s age, needs etc. if they adopt their foster children they still get paid but less which makes me wonder why they adopted them! Don’t understand that. Neither of them had real jobs, he apparently was an aspiring rapper and did some stuff with that but they lived on the money they received for fostering the 4 kids. Still don’t know why they adopted them? Maybe they were abusing the kids all along and they thought if they adopted them it would not come out. If new foster parents were in the lineup that would make some sense.
I am truly sorry for the loss of the two beautiful little boys I personally think sometimes our government officials make alot of poor decisions that in the end hurt families. They should try harder to place children with family when possible due to the fact that a bond already exists in most cases.
He should get a new trial because the first one sure was not fair.

Scott, his name is Alex Murdaugh, not Alec. You are thinking of Alec Baldwin. Both of them are scumballs, so I can see why you have confused them.
Scott Peterson's trial was a complete circus, most of those jurors were like characters in a movie and didn't even pretend to be unbiased. Even though I highly doubt the verdict will be any different he still should get a new trial. The media coverage at the time made it impossible to find a jury that wasn't completely tainted by it.

This program is the best argument I ever heard against a jury system. You have to be naive to think most people are honest, fair and have integrity. As a lawyer I am glad we don’t have it in my country. Judges aren’t perfect but they understand the concept of objectivity and burden of proof.
BREAKING NEWS Orrin and Olson Wells parents charged by grand jury! Wow i bet they discovered their bodies at the apartments where they were living before. They were dead 3 months before they were reported missing by these mosters! Both parents are reported charged. They have been charged using direct and circumstantial evidence.
That poor mother finding her son like that is horrible. So tramatic and sad.

When I first started watching Scott at the beginning of the Daybell crime, I was wary of him being a defense attorney. But Scott really is unbiased. He is fair but doesn’t try to defend everyone. Thanks Scott, for your truly unbiased opinions!
