The answer to a lack of jars and labels is simple, nostalgia … back to Zip-Lock Baggies! The "better stuff" is home-grown, and that segment will continue to grow unless the lobbyists are able to force the public into retail stores. Our city recently changed the law to allow anyone to grow six plants. That trend could and should "grow". The only real "problem" is "what do I do with it all"?
