EXCLUSIVE FULL VIDEO INTERVIEW with DERRICK VARGO, Man Suing Capitol Police for Shoving Him off A Building on January 6th!

Please watch our exclusive in-depth interview with Derrick Vargo. Vargo is the man who was seen thrown from a high wall at the Capitol on January 6th by a Capitol Police Officer. Vargo says he was climbing the wall to fly his Trump flag after being inspired by another rally-goer flying an American flag from a high perch.

This is a must-see!

See highly anticipated video here:

Vargo first spoke to us exclusively this past Tuesday after we tracked him down to inquire about his health after his fall and get the story behind his encounter with Capitol Police. We were the first to announce that he is suing Capitol Police and working with J6 attorney Joseph McBride in order to bring Capitol Police to justice.

“Capitol Police tried to murder me,” said Vargo. I am stepping forward to be the voice for those that they killed on January 6th like Ashli Babbitt, Rosanne Boyland and the others who no longer have a voice.”

Vargo being taken off on a makeshift stretcher on January 6th, presumed by many to be dead.

Please help Vargo get justice for those killed on January 6th by donating to his legal fund. The funds will go to his criminal defense if he is politically persecuted by the Biden Regime for stepping forward, and to investigators in his civil suit against Capitol Police.

Capitol Police have started numerous frivolous lawsuits against people that attended the January 6th event- including Donald Trump, protesters, rally organizers, and men and women languishing to this day in DC Gitmo. To add insult to injury, Officer Michael Byrd’s GiveSendGo accumulated over $164,000. Some lawmakers on the left have lauded him a hero worthy of reward for shooting Ashli Babbitt.  This includes Congressman Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, who encouraged his Twitter following to give money to Byrd’s fund. Sickening!

Capitol Police continue to be rewarded for their actions on January 6th. Please help Derrick Vargo get justice.

According to attorney Joseph McBride, because Vargo is suing the Capitol Police for damages he would be privy to discovery and evidence that could potentially shine a light on who was responsible for giving orders on January 6th that left so many Trump supporters injured or dead, and given Democrats a political weapon to leverage against average Americans with no seeming end in sight.

“The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure give plaintiffs a wide variety of tools to obtain information in civil proceedings,” said McBride. “The scope of relevancy as well as the tools available to obtain relevant information, such as depositions and interrogatories, are far more intrusive than those available in criminal proceedings.”

Derrick Vargo being pushed on January 6th by a Capitol Police Officer caught by 4 different cameras

Police officers from around the country are starting to come forward and question the Capitol Police’s actions on January 6th. We spoke to a retired NYPD Sargeant and this is what he said:

“As retired Sergeant with the NYPD I can unequivocally state the what I saw in the video clip of Derrick Vargo is NOT proper Police procedure,” said retired Sargeant Bill Carberry. “At the very least it is assault and the officer involved should be held responsible.”

Our sources tell us this is the Police Officer who pushed Derrick Vargo from wall on January 6th. Please contact the writer with any info.

“We on the right need to start going on the offense, we spend too much time on defense,” said John Tabacco, Newsmax Host and J6 Advocate. “Derrick is a courageous young man and I applaud him in coming forward and pushing a civil case. This will only help the rest of us who still are being judged and shamed for being Trump supporters or being at January 6th.”

See Derrick’s harrowing fall here after he was allegedly pushed by a Capitol Police Officer on January 6th:

The U.S. Capitol Police are unlike any other police body in The United States. Almost all other law enforcement agencies are part of the executive branch. Because Capitol Police are part of the Legislative Branch, they are overseen directly by Congress. Unlike all other police departments, the Capitol Police are not subject to the 1966 Freedom of Information Act that requires federal agencies to disclose a large amount of government information to the public. Congress is also not subject to the law. Internal reports and studies are not available to the public, and the agency is not required to announce arrests. The department is overseen by a small executive board.

It is worth notating that the two top positions on the Capitol Police Board (House and Senate sergeants-at-arms) are both Pelosi and Schumer appointees. Additionally, the four congressional committees that are part of making decisions for Capitol Police are all currently led by Democrats.

“No one realizes that the chief of Capitol Hill Police answers to Nancy Pelosi,” said Tabacco. “I can’t think of a time in American history when a police department’s actions were investigated by the very person (Nancy Pelosi) who executed the plan being investigated. Nancy Pelosi and her minions on the ‘unselect committee’ are essentially investigating themselves.”

Since January 6th, the notoriously non-transparent Capitol Police have announced the opening of new offices in California and Florida- with Democrats saying threats from ‘extremist groups like Proud Boys and Oathkeepers is justification for local Capitol police headquarters outside of DC’.

The past year Democrats have fought hard to REFUND the Capitol Police whom they view as their personal security detail while spending the last couple of years fighting to DEFUND THE POLICE FOR THE REST OF US. Biden and Congress signed into law a bill that approved nearly $1 billion to support the Capitol Police, while supporting defunding police all over the rest of America.

“These phony politicians can’t stop gushing over how Capitol Police officers like Michael Byrd were ‘heroes’ that ‘protected them’ on January 6th by attacking the American citizens these Legislators were elected to represent,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “We have to support Derrick Vargo and his quest to bring Capitol Police to justice. They need to be held accountable for their crimes. It is about time.”

“I am a little scared they may arrest me to silence me, but getting the truth out is more important,” said Vargo. “I won’t give up, nobody should.”

Citizens Against Police Persecution started a legal fund just in case Vargo is persecuted by the DOJ for stepping forward so he can retain a criminal defense attorney. Please help Derrick Vargo get justice and investigate Capitol Police. Click HERE for his GiveSendGo.
