  1. Love your content guys! Unsure which programme would be best suited for me, looking at MAPS Anabolic or MAPS Performance. For reference im 24yrs old female, pretty low body fat 123lbs, looking to build a bit of muscle and lean out at the same time. I do a Crossfit style work out about 4x a week currently. Which programme would be best? Pls help🤣🙏

  2. I kinda disagree with y’all’s tracking take. I’ve been tracking for about 5 months and lost 20 pounds and am about 12% body fat. Tracking led me to look the best I have looked in my life so why would I want to stop tracking? It’s not stressful to track, it’s very easy to do.

  3. Make an entire episode based around Sara's question; how Mind Pump would go about developing a program for teaching kids the fundamentals and what that would look like. All the teachers, coaches, and parents that listen to your show would love it!

  4. Thank yall for yur existence… let my transformation & lifestyle to “yo who is that?” body ody ody ody ody crazy, curvy, itty titty but dumpy booty and little waist!!!

  5. Also been sick with the Rona so didn't work out for a week and a half and gained 3 lbs , guess I ate to much? Kinda sucks! As I've been working so hard to drop the weight

  6. Hey guys!!! Thanks always for this podcast. Today's my birthday, I'm turning 32 and it's my year getting fit & healthy! I'm joining my local gym and would love a program to follow😁🤞😁 Also, all the brain chip talk reminded of a really good sci-fi/action film 'Upgrade'.

  7. Not even 10000000k years the Dutch used to give their soldiers gin during one of the “spanish” wars which comes from the word juniper due to the medicinal effects of the berry. They did this because because water sources near or on the battle field couldn’t be trusted due to poisoning from the opposition or natural causes.

  8. Thank you Mind Pump for all the amazing content you have put out there! Definitely one of the best things I have come across during the pandemic. QUAH: I am a male, 27, about to undergo outpatient surgery on my foot, I should be unable to do any physical activity for 4 weeks and moderate exercise until around the 12 week mark. I am not too worried about the exercise portion of being out for that long an amount of time, but how should I eat to minimize the catabolic effect of being sedentary. Thanks again

  9. My fiancé and I are currently doing MAPS anabolic and love it! We have very different goals but your content on nutrition/training has set us on the right track. So grateful we found you guys. I feel like you help so many of us make life long changes, not just quick tips for training or diets

  10. The best thing about these guys is that they have a wide perspective about everything. Like even if they are talking about same topics somedays but there’s always something new to learn and improve. Thank you so much for everything ❤️💪🏽

  11. These brain implants are going to mess up people's brain. Like inception movie people are gonna roam around in limbo not knowing what's reality and whats memory repeating itself and God help about false memories 🙄

  12. No one really teaches you how to not eat like an a**hole when you’re a kid, so you just grow up with bad habits that you have to correct. I’m 25 and now just paying attention to what I eat. Probably will take me another year to achieve the Greek body my ancestors gave me!

  13. I've been sitting at 155 for two years, haven't gone much up or down. Listening to you guys helped me stop focusing on the weight and increase my compound lifts and rep ranges.

I never would have thought I could lift over 350 pounds while being so lean. You guys give out such great free info, AND multiple perspectives. Thanks Mind Pump!

  14. I’m a late follower to your pod. I wanted to submit some questions, but out of respect to you all I’ve decided to start from the beginning with EP1 and have it on while I work. I’ve listened to about 60 episodes in a week so at this rate I’ll probably finish in a year. I’ve taken the principles you all have preached in just those few episodes and applied to my strength training and I’m seeing way more progress than I have before. You all have definitely expanded my mind. Love looking up more articles to get a deeper understanding and I can’t wait to learn more!
