I work from home and have a basic outdoor gym and I’ve been doing the every other hour 20 min workouts but only BW might switch it up to weighted stuff
I’m a personal trainer and absolutely love the content you guys put out, I use a lot of this information on a daily basis for myself and those I train. I would love to see if I’m man enough to try out the P.E.D program! Thanks for the information and entertainment gentleman!
If you buy your programs are they mine or for a limited time like a subscription ?
Hi Sal, just to let you know a replica human breast milk protein powder supplement has already been marketed a few years ago it was by Carl Lanore of superhuman radio it was called Thriv
The multiple workouts throughout the day is like that famous and proven "Bulgarian" training style from Olympic weightlifting.
Would like MP to actually learn a thing or two more about CrossFit. Be exposed to it, learn the different programming methodologies and coaching parameters. Very biased, and I used to be as well so I understand where they are coming from. There is CrossFit for Fitness and CrossFit as a sport, two very different things.
love watching these guys so much knowledge thanks!!!!
What's your stance on Dr. Joel Seedman's philosophy on not exceeding 90° on any lifts?
Thank you for the awesome content and helping trainers and fitness enthusiasts reach and push their potential.
Love this podcast man
since breast milk has different properties in it based on the time of day, doesn't it mess up a baby's circadian rhythm to pump and bottle breast milk in the morning and then give it to the baby in the evening? I can't have kids so I am not judging, I'm just curious and fascinated.
Been listening to you for a while, would love the PED Maps
Love this show! It's helped me alot.
Sal's son is going to be the olympic lifter and Justin's son is going to be a gymnast beast, good genes passed down for sure🔥💪🏾
Love all your content, it’s amazing how I have continued to improve in my strength knowledge as I listen to this show. Thank you!!’
“Competing in the game of life”….. I felt her
I have been lifting weights for about 5 years now with honestly no real understanding of what I am doing. I was the kind of person that was always into the 60-90 day programs and my weight would fluctuates all the time which I think lead to some health issues. What I mean by that is recently I started trying to lose weight. I was walking at an incline for 1 hour and right after I would lift for about 45mins to an hour. I cut my calories to 1500 and I was tracking my food with a scale and an app . The first month I lost 8lbs and was feeling good about it. The next month I didn’t lose any weight. I was very discouraged and disappointed. I then searched on YouTube two weeks ago to see why this was happening. That’s when I stumbled upon you guys! I would say you have changed my perspective on working out and have put me on a path to longevity. When your bundle came along I bought the Aesthetic’s bundle! I’m doing MAP Anabolic right now and plan to finish the bundle. I am on the verge of type 2 diabetes and needed something that I could be consistent with as I am married have twin 4 year old boys and work a full time job! I need to be healthy for them. Thank you guys so much! I can say this is the most informative show I’ve watched on fitness. Nothing compares! I hope to one day get to ask some question about dieting as this is the biggest challenge me.
Sal stop messing around and help out an Italian brother
Nothing like washing down your beef sticks with "best" milk.
1:20:29 MAPS Strong Shoulder DB Presses (AMRAP) at the end of the one of the weekly workout led me to dislocate my shoulder pretty badly. I was handling a weight I am comfortable with but I was just fatigued and trying to push one last rep in that "AMRAP". I highly recommend you edit that or put a note recommending that people do the AMRAP exercise at the beginning of the workout.
Should you do warm up before every micro workout?
Static stretches are no good for sportsball. For 38 years of playing team sport, i was never told about dynamic stretches. This episode has opened my eyes to this. Thanks.
Thank you for all the information.
Is it a good idea to run a cut while running MAPs anabolic? FYI , I already did a bulk on Anabolic and I loved it. Then I ran a 6week GVT program but want to go back to maps anabolic.
It's nice that the podcast isn't restricted to a specific face of fitness. Please maintain these high level of content guys. Salutes from a spanish fan of the show
