Am I doing something wrong.. or are they doing something wrong ..because mine is so full of oil and tar .you cannot smoke the roaches.. I just save them I guess it's like the filter. half joint that's it . When I exhale on a shirt it leaves a big ring
scotty save me im in trim jail lol. is it me or is it getting harder and harder to sell an oz for 100$?
Do you put your clones directly into 18/6 ?
Thanks Scotty guru dude lots of good info tonight awesome show thanks for your time
👊💨💨
I didn't have much luck raising temps and spray treatments to manage Pm. Had to start over. Kill everything.
Damn I am so behind.
I would love to explain how to use organic dry amendments and never run out of nutrients. It’s super easy to grow that way and I’ve been doing it for years because I don’t have much time to spend in the grow!
There is big pragmatic reason why I prefer synthetic over organic nutrients. With drip to waste system it's much easier to maintain clean tank and pipes, without cleaning every other day. I have more time to study or do other things than cleaning when using synthetics
Hey dude, just for the record, "FIM" refers to topping and not defoliation. Short for "fuck I missed!". When you top and see a weird fucked up growth where the topping happened. It's just a missed topping. Either way it slows the growth at the location and allows lowers to grow!
OZONE WATER. Can be sprayed at any stage of flowering, and kills every bacteria/pathogen/fungus it touches without harming the plant. The plants actually loves it because of the extra oxygen added from the o3. It's 20x stronger than bleach and you can safely drink it.
These r crazy why haven’t u mentioned peroxide it works fucking Fantastic and left Overs are just water
I grew a big out door last year with PM it sucks BUT you g can wash it thank god and you should wash your outdoor grow anyway
hydrogen peroxide for PM is good i hear but ive never had pm to test it on
aloe vera for cuttings works great.
Thanks for all the awesome comments and great information. We're gonna have to revisit this conversation and give some credit to the DGC!
Oh what does the roots look like before , do the roots look white and thick. What do they look like before transplant.
Little shop of horrors. Great call.
What about bud washing after you harvest plants, I do it regardless of PM but it does clean Pm and foreign matter from grow room
The two best tips I could ever give for cloning are:
1) Always take a clone that was recently fed (if you leave for a weekend without food, you'll certainly last longer if you do it after a big meal)
2) The cuts should be taken right below the node (and not above the node), nodes contain more auxins than the stems alone, therefor you want to take your cut right below a node and make sure the node is the part being buried in the medium
Cheers DGC!
I'm saving my grow dots to blowup my back yard this spring🤙🍻💨
I nevdr seen trics like that. That's nuts
All plants and trees are made to shed water to outside of the plant. So why do we set things up to soak the stem. I'm just curious or is this a mesh bag fault. Meaning inconsistent watering to outside. Any thoughts??
Guru! Scotty! Dude! You forgot one of the most important things to do once the clones are in the dome! Do not spray the clones with water! I had clones that would not put out roots, even though the little bastards were still alive after a month. They transpire through their leaves, so keep the leaves dry and the humidity under 75. The funny thing is that I learned that from yous! Loving your work guys
Getting into this grafting cannabis because of Plant counts and wanting to keep some genetics around.
Jadam JWA is something theat would help with pm
Guru why trichome shape have anything to do with effects? Isn’t that determined by what’s inside the tric?
I got the Musty Buffalo too!! They are very squat plants ….
Yeah! Love hanging out with the DGC. Best weed show on the internet. I agree with you Dude, watch those temps when dimming LED lights. I run a small heater on an Inkbird controller in both tents. Keep up the great work guys!
I would NEVER transplant an auto. Just germ in the final pot
LED at the top of the tent and run it on a progressive schedule. Small plants in veg don’t need a 650r spec at full power
Lol panther piss is from anchor man lmao check the scene out
57:56 nice transition lol
You dont need to cut thru a node to get roots on your clone man 🙂 Im not using any rooting hormone , and have no problem rooting cuts taken from my lower branches .
Dr zymes is the only product Ive seen eliminate pm during the grow. Completely underrated. Most underrated product in the game. My case, had very heavy pm on a few plants, rest of room was spotty. Mixed Dr Zymes heavy, ph it high at above 9. Sprayed every single spot in the room. When it dried in an hour, did it again. Did that for the rest of the day. Next day I could see the effects, spent the day spraying and when it dries spray again. Keep going till its controlled/gone. If it comes back in spots, spray again, when it dries spray again. Key is to spray again when it dries. You have to be active. PM puts up a battle, Dr Zymes is the nuclear weapon. 100% works. Dont forget to burn sulfur in room, five times longer than you think your should, let it soak in every crack and crevice
When I was little kid I grew out some of those brick seeds. Much better than you guys would expect. Not the top shelf but way way better than the origin definitely worth a try. Of course we are talking 20 creeping up on 30 years ago as well
The plant was definitely FIMed as well for sure
*plant
lol, just a joke. Love you Scotty
I bet Scotty was the stingy kid with his toys
2 waterings with Regalia 1 tsp/gal water 10 days apart in veg pretty much eliminates PM for the lifetime of the plant in most circumstances. That stuff is spendy af but worth every penny.
I just cut the clones, dip them into clonex, and stick it in my medium (80% peat 20%. perlite) in a 1 gal start pot, put a dome over, and that's about it. Open the dome every day, mist, after five days open more and more to harden them/make them adjust to grow tent conditions, voila – works every single time.
Waste of time with starter plugs and sh*t like that imho
Great show guys! It may be a coincidence, but I always find I have better luck with the clones taken from the bottom versus the top.
LOL Spider Mites.
Scotty! Do some digging and pull out a few dozen seeds from that shit brick week, and do a DGC give away. You could mix them with some other seed packs from breeders you have interviewed, and bring back the mechanical grab machine, lol
🤙🏻
I've been using grow dots and recharge only this grow. I'm only 2 weeks in, but so far so good. I just transplanted out of solo cups into 5 gallon fabric pots. I haven't had to ph my water at all using recharge at the strength recommended 😃
I bought plastic vials with caps they are perfect for a small amount of clonex and the process of taking clones. You really don't waste sh_t. A little bit can go along way. You only need a bottle cap full to have enough to do the job, maybe a tiny bit more than that. If you keep everything sterlized, that little bit can take a dozen clones or maybe even more. It makes the clonex last years if you want to.
