I’m due with my first in just 9 days (feb 4 ‘22). My anticipation is very high…such a mix of excitement and nerves! Trying my best to stay in a positive mental space and your videos manage to be informative but not scary or overwhelming.

Watching this made me realize I can’t remember my first week postpartum at all. The exhaustion, pain, anxiety, healing, and overall slump is so much that I can’t remember what actually happened. I’m glad I am seeing this so I can give myself some grace and prepare for my next baby due this july.
