Schumer is a liar and a fraud. He dangles this issue in front of Black voters to increase turnout ahead of elections. He did this in the GA special election and is doing it again now. His proposal has a 25 percent federal tax and will only strengthen the black market. His social equity provisions will never get the bipartisan support it needs to pass. As his impassable bill languishes, Schindler is blocking SAFE banking provisions that would allow local small cannabis entrepreneurs access to the credit markets.
