  1. Gravy is a legend and working class hero. 🍍
With respect I humbly attest that I get somewhat tired of watching surfers drop in on pipe. Or reading Surfline and magic seaweed faun over Nazare. I honestly couldn’t care less. Gravy is almost as psyched paddling in on a 2ft’er at el slammo then he is on this beast. That’s why we love the dude, he’s the keeper of the OG stoke. ✊🌊🌅

  2. I'd say that wave is about 22 feet…that's using you as a base like of approx 4 or so feet in hight and accounting for the curve of the wave as well. Very sick either way and only nature truly knows the answer in her magnificents. From a non surfer but that has grown up right on the beach.

  3. Many years ago, early '80's, I surfed 16' face waves in Seaside Hts NJ. north of the casino pier.
Right after a hurricane that same day, winds went off shore, pure tubular glass, killer undertow and rip currents made for treacherous surfing.

  4. No 🦬💩 that was 12-14ft max at the peak, even though I'm from FL so I know its easy to call it 20+ quad over head but you went wayyy down to the flats on the bottom turn 🤘💯 so you were further away from how we would honestly judge it lol but camera angle was everything.. If we were on a pier taking that pic that would've shown the Truth easier 10'+💪🍻 but for the east coast it was 15'

  6. Ben Gravy that was definitely as big as it can be ridden on the East coast, Im from a small village on the Southern Outerbanks of North Carolina town called Salter Path, enjoy your flogs and enjoy the positive vibe you get after watching one!! Someone is always going to say that they've caught bigger but we east coast surfers know how it closes out at that size! Also saw the tow wave in Hawaii with O'Brien and I'm just wondering if the power even compares to our low pressure swells? Thanks for sharing your journey and I'm wanting to tell Jordan thanks as well because you guys must have to hideout to get any quality time!!
