  1. I got the Mito Red Light panel a year ago on your recommendation & cannot imagine why anyone would buy just a face mask when you can get a body treatment too! I use it daily..usually in AM. It has helped my skin in general, improved my sleep & mood & helped my sometimes sore hands. Totally worth it & an all time favorite purchase! Thanks!😘

  2. I've used red light therapy for years and purchased both a Nebulyft, which I like, and Nira device on your recommendation. I find the Nira too painful to use even on the lowest setting. Wonder if something is wrong with the unit or with me. I must contact the company. I do enjoy your videos. Happy New Year

  3. How hot does the nublyft get. I have rosceca prone skin and heat can aggravate it but I really would like to try it. I’m 58 and I’ve always been into skin care but not sunscreen so I have issues.

  4. Hi k

    You look so well

That lip stick color makes you look 45 years younger wow.

Keep wearing it or wear it mostly.

    Thanks for all your share.

    Love Bahama Girl

  5. Thanks Kimberly, for sharing all the latest a greatest devices out there ! I’ve been using the Omnilux Contour, since May, and love it. They have one specifically for your neck & chest, and even hands, but have been using my face device for everything since it’s flexible. Happy New Year to you and your family !

  6. I have tried many at home devices, but I was disappointment in most of the products I had purchased.. I was interested in buying the Red Light Unit..I was wondering if you need to wear protective glasses when using the unit? The product does sound wonderful..

  7. Hi Kimberly, I bought myself the Mito Red Light for Christmas & have been using it daily for my face.
Do you use the A1 setting for your body? I'm only using A for my face, mostly for sun damage.

  8. Thanks for the wonderfully informative video. Just listening while doing a Mito light therapy too! I recently got a Nebulift based on another of your videos. It’s the original one. I’ve had it about 15 days and am feeling the bouncier skin results. Did you find it needs to be charged after 2 uses or so? Mine just quit mid treatment as it had been a few uses and I had forgotten. A little worrisome for the price. How did your first unit hold up? And how frequently did you charge it?

  9. Great video! Hopefully I can get some of these into my beauty routine. I’m like you…I’m 51 and at my 50th birthday,I realized how old I look. I shouldn’t be surprised…I did all of the skincare no-no’s (no sunscreen, harsh scrubs during my teenage years, no other exfoliating as I got past my teens, going to sleep with my makeup on, and no moisturizer unless my skin was horribly dry & then I used whatever hand cream I had laying about). I appreciate your honesty and your willingness to go before us and to allow us to learn from you and your skincare journey! I always am excited when I get the notifications that your videos are posted. I, like others, can’t afford some of these devices. Can you suggest some that are like the “drugstore” version of these “high-end” devices?
Thank you for your videos! They are very helpful to me, since you provide information to those of us who have a hard job justifying a $100 tube of cream for our faces. Keep them coming!
P.S. I think the NIRA seems masculine because it is VERY phallic.
