  3. This Doctor is a wonderful human being. I just turned 50 years old and have try to follow all his advise. I only eat once a day and pay close attention to my sugar and salt intake. My wife gets frustrated because it takes me twice as long when we go shopping. My wife is only 36 so I tell her that I want to be around for her as long as possible for her and our kids. She drinks Diet Coke everyday but I am trying to help her drink more water instead. Her generation have been brainwashed for instant gratification. I am also a part time gym instructor so I am sharing Dr. Pradips wonderful talks on you tube. All the way from the North Of Ireland were I live, I thank you Dr for possibly saving my life. God bless you.

  4. Thank you Dr. J, I watch your lecture last week and I started to change my diet. I have reactive hypoglycemia and I couldn't figure out why eating the recommended 5 times a day was making me feel worse! I am reducing my carbs every day since, eating 3 times per day and cut out the processed food. I feel better 5 days in.
