  1. Can I reduce my mild gynecomastia? I have puffy nipples and cannot wear thing tops because it looks ridiculous. I’ve been training for about 6 months and started taking ashwagandha and soon to start on Tonkat Ali so might help but maybe not. I’ve had it since I was a teenager, now 31.

  2. No disrespect but this video was labelled as information regarding the detriments to curcumin, but instead was mostly about promoting Alpha-GPC. This was a waste of my time. Your videos are wildly unorganized and labelled in such a manner that it’s impossible to actually search your channel for some specific nutritional content. Your channel needs to be cleaner, more succinct, and labelled appropriately to be easily searchable for me to take you seriously.

  3. I’ve been taking CDP choline since 2016 and it’s made a night and day difference in my gym performance. My neuromuscular strength is way, way higher than most other dudes in the gym as a result of training with it for years.

    Uridine monophosphate and fish oil amplify this effect significantly. These supplements when taken at the right doses, and in the right ratio, can make any dude have SAVAGE energy/motivation/strength in the gym. They also have a strong effect on boosting overall motivation/focus, which is of course useful outside of the gym as well.

  4. I'm sensitive in the same way to saw palmetto… absolutely terrible depression feelings, I think it crushes dht levels in my body. Ive experimented a few times and I know saw palmetto is kryptonite for me.

  5. I bought Derek's curcumin supp. After a week I notice I was getting these weird heart palpitations and dizzy spells. Not saying the supps are bad. Just noticed these side effects

Interesting thing about turmeric, I'm taking a supplement from evogen called evovite and has turmeric in it, the patented version called longvida, and I feel just what Andrew described, I thought my DHT was low and indeed, I'm as well very sensitive to some compounds, I have to stop taking that multivitamin and see how I feel, so dissapointed that manufacturers of multivitamin put whatever they thought is best but every individual has different needs, like in my case is the opposite, I want to boost DHT as much as possible and turmeric was the worst thing for DHT.

  8. After taking curcumin I was insanely tired and loaded stamina in the sports I participate, ended up being mildly anemic with low red blood cell count which was linked to an iron deficiency, maybe I just need to lower the dose
