I checked my steaks, apples, blueberries, honey and raw milk and can't find any of these "fillers". 😉
Thomas 98% of the time I stick with real one ingredient foods. My digestion is better, I have no cravings, and I feel actually satisfied.
Beef, salmon, vegetables, avocado, oil, butter, (I don't do chicken) of course eggs, prawns. I make my own almond milk because anything I buy has carrageenan, and emulsifiers. Not good 🤣🤓
These things definitely cause major inflammation for me. I avoid them all. This forces me to make almost all of what I eat and I’m healthier for it.

My question would be about gellan gum. I see that in high-end heavy cream. Fortunately, we have the Umpqua Dairy in Oregon. Their cream has no additives and goes for around nine bucks for a half gallon.

Dextrose is just another word for glucose and is not identical to dextrin. Why this oversight?
Carragenan its an interesting one. It has powerful antiviral (proved against covid recently), Antimicrobial and antifungal activity.
The inflamatory response in the gut might be because of this action that it causes.

He will also grant you Eternal life in his presence; The greatest pleasure on earth doesn’t even come close to what God is preparing for believers in the afterlife .
