I’m on board and do all of this except meat…I’m not opposed to meat but I prefer veggies over meat…I am 61 years old and I work out with weights seven days a week…as a spin instructor I could see the difference between cardio only and people who trained with weights! Very few people believe me because they love cardio so much!
    This is amazing information!

  4. As a plant-based individual it was so exhausting and "heartbreaking" to listen to her. She motivates people to eat more meat although we know about our climate and the influence kettle has on the earth… and that we can not feed so many people in the world in the future with that amount of meat consumption she promotes. I had to stop to listen after half an hour… Honestly, I am a bit disappointed that Shawn is showing this…

  5. I was randomly cold calling on her building last year lol saw her name on the door and I was like.. wait I just heard her on a podcast?! So funny. Love her perspective on muscle, great reminder to double down on protein.

  7. I like her, first time I listened to Dr Gabriel Lyon was on Mike mutzels channel but she's so knowledgeable. I really do love how she's straight to the point and how passionate she talks about her field. Also thought that I'd share. I used to get horrible headaches and I wasn't able to focus on something for more than 30 min without getting a headache. After paying attention to what I eat and lowering significantly my carbohydrate consumption I listened to this whole podcast plus taking notes! And was focused there whole time and yes.. Without a headache. It's amazing.

  8. The speaking volume is super low, but when the intro music comes on it is super loud. It's hard to hear without head phones/ear buds if the volume isn't turned all the way up.
