I'm not sure this is permitted (please delete if that's the case)… I have 2 unopened, sealed bottles of Jarrow's Citicholine CDP Choline 250 mgs I am not using and would like to give them to someone who can use them – and I'll ship anywhere in the US (all for free – I can not return them to VItacost because of their COVID policy and I don't want to throw them away if someone can use them)… Please PM me if interested. 🙂

N = 1. Daily eggs and unrefined virgin coconut oil and real grass fed butter plus add himalayan salt are the BEST things to improve brain health plus use a percussion massager on head
Many people are deficient in choline and the primary best sources are eggs or liver or supplement [phosphadily choline + phosphadily serine]. About 4 eggs cooked sunnyside up in unrefined virgin coconut oil for breakfast curbs appetite throughout the day, boosts brains & hormones especially sex hormones and a precursor for vitamin D and nearly a perfect protein. Put in a bowl and add himalayan salt and real grass fed butter. PQQ plus CoQ10 ubiquinol also. A teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil daily. Coconut oil has both long chain and short chain, is more affordable than MCT and you can cook your eggs in it. Some vegans anadotally have restored sexual libido when they began consuming eggs.
Glycine which is 1/3 ,of collagen improves brain health but induces deep sleep. Near bedtime a teaspoon of glycine is great for the gut and brain connection. Stephanie Seneff MIT says glycine can help heal the gut that may be a leaky gut often caused by glyphosate. Glutamine and collagen added to water with glycine near bedtime may all help improve the gut brain connection. Near bedtime, L tryptophan and GABA and magnesium also improve brain function and tryptophan is a precursor for serotonin. All increase deep sleep. Honor the circadian rhythm.
In the morning, taurine, tyrosine, acetly l carnitine + phosphadily choline + serine and CoQ10 ubiquinol + PQQ — all specifically improve brain health. Astaxanthin and krill oil also boost brain health. Tocotrienol (vit E). Vit A and D and k2mk7, zinc, and a super high quality B complex like Jarrows expensive B complex.
A multi mineral supplement and thyroid supplement.
Men over 50 can improve prostate health and urine function by taking cranberry extract and beta sitosterol about 2 hours before bedtime and not drinking any fluids 2 hours before bedtime.
Daily electrolytes:
Potassium Citrate
Magnesium Malate
Himalayan Salt plus iodine supplement
Purified water
Might experiment for 30 days to see what works for you since it can be expensive. Might see dramatic improvements.
Astaxanthin consumed close in time to eating eggs might increase efficiency.
A ketogenic diet
Red light therapy
Sauna
Daily exercise- walking 30 minutes per day.
Pushups, squats, arm movements.
—-> A special high powered percussion massager [the with 4 settings works better even if smaller] applied to the head and scalp and other areas
An attitude of gratitude
In the mornings deep rapid breathing about 30 deep breaths- hold and then release.
