Another video of the horror in Waukesha has been uncovered. The exact moment the car driven by the terrorist hits the band in the parade is caught on video.
Not only can you see the car come into the scene but you can also hear the crowd as people begin screaming when they realize that the car driven by the terrorist was out to cause harm to anyone in its way.
With the drum from the band rolling over the car, the vehicle moved on. The terrorist-driven vehicle became a weapon of carnage.
