I’d like to point out, the reason your plants hermied, wasn’t because of the USB block. The strain you’re growing is notorious for it, it’s the pancake line that have these hermie issues from what I’ve seen. Some speculate it could be light stress as well, but I’ve heard so many stories about this line and seen proof of it too. So I wouldn’t technically blame you, shit happens.

Any special reason why you don't use worm casings or anything similar with your HiPro?
You have a nice set-up. Would love to see a comparison grow; half with plastic, half with fabric pots to see if there is any difference in plant size, quality etc.

Question for ya. When you have them all in scrog netting what’s the easiest way to water them without having to move the plants. I have the same pots, trays etc but never done scrog.
The intersexing was likely due to poor watering and high ec. Just my 2 cents.

Man when I had to cut 3 of my 5 I was crushed so I can't imagine. Mine was from an led light on my humidifier. Crazy how something so small can cause such big issues. My dad always told me that just shows how life works. One small thing can destroy what you have planned but you just have to push forward and keep going. Damnit! Something as simple as a USB light. Hate that. I did the same thing with a heater. didn't even cross my mind that at night the digital display was backlit. Caught it on the third night.

Welcome back, bro! I love inhouse genetics. I currently have 4 tents filled with their strains (with no herms). Like you, I was curious about truffle cake,.But after reading bad reviews after bad reviews about them herming, I passed on them. That sucked that you had to waste all of your time and resources on that strain.

Not being nasty fyi, 100% BS that a little light leak will do that. Its Bro logic. Ever seen the moon? It acutely emits light (reflect). Moon light even gives some nocturnal reptiles vitamins, the Moon. You can flower with more ambient light then you can think without effecting flowering. Cool channel 😎👌👍
