  1. Why wouldn't it be regulated and taxed like alcohol, we allow alcohol to be purchased in any quantity, concentration, and produced at home. The more regulations we throw into it the more harm is done to the community for no good reason and presents unnecessary and costly challenges to distributers. We need warning labels on all products same as alcohol and tobacco and a 21 age limit and a clear designation for the amount of milligrams of thc in the product. A 9% tax, designated smoking lounges, free to smoke in your back yard. And that's it.
