I spent time in ER last night with my blood pressure high – The DR said, I need to reduce stress and take medicine to get my BP down to avoid a stroke. : / I rarely eat meat, love my veggies, drink lemon water, turmeric ginger tea, vegan protein powder, take supplements, lots of garlic, exercise (cardio and weights), used to do yoga regularly – have an arm injury, so I stopped, but am starting again as of tonight, meditate … I'm doing the right things but still have high BP. It's in my genetics and since menopause, I've gained a little weight and have had a hard time getting it down to my normal healthier weight. I'm on bioidentical hormones as well. I wish I knew a way to help my blood pressure naturally and go against genetics. I'll be searching because like you, I like to do things naturally and am pretty stubborn/determined.   5. At 72 not on meds no disease. Eat mostly vegetarian. Some salmon and cheese. All organic. Glyphosate and fluoride free. No tooth or mouth probs. BMI is low. Do walks and hot yoga. Supplement with amino acids, vegan protein powder, vitamins, ION gut support, bone density tabs. Potassium and magnesium. Once you have your health you will not compromise.
