  2. Didn't expect to see Pamela Reif here. Her videos are famous (or notorious?) for being hardcore despite being so short. I assume your running schedule provides enough cardio, but try one of her happy cardio workout some time just for fun! They tend to be a combination of some generic cardio and quasi-dance moves with some squats thrown in here and there along with her signature punchy club music, and they are really fun to do.

  4. So glad you addressed the use of oil as the chat you and your sister had about it in a previous vlog was very worrying. Congratulations on the improvements! Slow and steady wins the race!

    Also I couldn’t agree more about oranges. They are either amazing or not worth my time, there is no in between!

  5. I don't know if there's an IKEA near you, but they sell 1€ bowls which are meant for salad but I use them for soup because I looove to fill my bowl with soup hahahaha They're really big, so maybe it interests you!

  6. Wow well done in being to able share this and slowly change your eating habits! As someone who had a similar thing while i was in university with 'orthorexia' and I could only eat porridge for breakfast etc , do you think you will start eating more things that aren't 'clean' and increasing your diet variety more?
