  2. Hopefully after a few weeks or months hiatus you Freddie will decide to return to acting. I think it would be so nice for you to have your own thing with acting jobs here and there and for Alyssa to have her own thing with real estate and really excel at that on her own and then come together as a couple collectively with podcast episodes a couple times a month as a joint venture to really have balance and fulfilment on both sides

  6. As someone who taught public school for over 30 years, I can tell you all about burnout, disrespect and working conditions. Sadly, when the pandemic hit, this all got far worse. I am luckily retired, but I know young people who are just walking away. And the salaries don't help. If something doesn't change, there won't be many people willing to teach.

  7. I live in Ontario Canada and I am a PSW that work out in the community. We have to work 12 days to get 2 days off.we have to work every other weekend. I would love to work 5 days. We are so short handed because we are treated like crap

  9. I know some say it wasnt the unemployment big payments but know MANY that say why work == think the younger generation would rather sit on the computer playing video games ,older people are more reliable coming to work = too many just want the free stuff

  11. This was a very good topic! I’ve been working in the same place for 19 years now! I’m 49! But I was pretty lucky to get this job! Cause it wasn’t always easy for me on job interviews! I hated that the most! I felt a little bit like Sally Fields when she would cry! Lol! I would get very nauseous and anxious! I’d be like yes I really would Like this job! So to have to go through that all over again! Although now, I probably would be a little bit better, cause @ least I have experience behind me now? Although most recently I started drawing again and I really like doing it. But I don’t really know what to do with it these days? Maybe go into digital art? Maybe start creating webpage designs? Not sure?

  24. Definitely not from unemployment, it never was. I know a lot of people that are just moving up from low paying jobs. Both of my sons left the restaurant industry and are now in trade jobs. Have you ever thought about how many people have passed away that worked at a great job and those jobs are now open as well. I’ve been saying it for months, it’s a global shift. The entire world is experiencing the same as we are. I’m sixty two years old and I also feel we need this change. I’ve been in the restaurant business my entire life, still am today but I’m in a corporate office now working 10 hours a day on salary. Looking at management and ownership, no people are not treated as well as they could be. Right now they are all over worked to the point of heart attacks, cutting themselves, slipping and falling. The safety levels are incredibly bad. I feel bad for them because I’ve been there. I love my office job, but I don’t love the people I work for, they didn’t treat me nicely.

  30. My son was talking to me about this! I. Really wish I had a Benji! You are so lucky! I think when you ask someone what they do for a living it gives you a clue as to where they're interests are. Like a starting point!
