  1. Slow and tight, better than fast and loose? Guess it wasnt a CROSSFIT class, haha! Just kidding, I love crossfit, but that AMRAP would look much different with a bunch of crossfit people trying to rx the workout and get the top score, haha! Btw, is the gymnastics school for girls only?
